Founded in 2014, WEART2 operates as both a boutique creative studio and a strategic creative partner.
We collaborate independently with founders and brands while also integrating seamlessly within internal teams as a freelance, contract, or remote creative leader. Whether guiding brand initiatives or supporting established creative departments, the approach remains consistent:

Creativity has always been more than a profession — it has been a lifelong pursuit.
Marianela Sastre’s creative journey began in Cuba and evolved through years of leadership within South Florida’s design industry. She served as Art Director for one of Florida’s largest promotional product companies, overseeing large-scale production systems and brand development initiatives.
In 2014, she founded WEART2 to bring a more intentional, strategic approach to creative direction — blending architectural brand thinking with artistic expression. Her work bridges structure and storytelling, strategy and soul, innovation and craft.
With over 15 years of experience across hospitality, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, and digital industries, Marianela continues to lead projects that balance clarity, innovation, and refined execution.
